Sioux Falls Red Pandas starter Tom Bowen turned in a top-notch performance against the Brinkley Belugas at Belugas Ballpark. The result was a win for the Red Pandas, 3-2. The win was credited to Orlando Ángel in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Jim Unknown took the loss. The Red Pandas now have a record of 10-12 with the win over Brinkley.

Jesús Vásquez broke a 2-2 tie in the top of the 12th with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It put the Red Pandas in front, 3-2. For the game, Vásquez went 1 for 1.
