Yakima Clinches Wild Card Thursday, September 18th, 2025 The Yakima Hops could very well have acquired some new fans late this season, as the team's 2025 playoff chase saw them win the wild card as the season wound to a close. "It's a pretty exciting time to be a fan of the Hops. I think we had people on the edge of their seats wondering what would happen," said starting pitcher Dave Morse. What ended up happening is that the team's 56-46 record has allowed it to move on to the postseason, with a chance to win the 2nd PL AA Championship in franchise history. "It's only going to get more exciting from here on in," Morse said. |
