Quintana Earns PAA Player of the Week Monday, September 8th, 2025 23-year-old Moisés Quintana made a few Asheville headlines during this past week as the rookie catcher proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USPL Double A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 11 hits in 22 at-bats to put up a .500 average. Quintana collected 1 home run, 3 RBIs and scored 3 runs. For the season Quintana has produced 89 hits in 302 at-bats for a .295 average with 7 home runs and gotten on base at a .380 clip. |
