Athletic Club KC Academy's Méndez Crowned PAA Best Player Monday, August 18th, 2025 Athletic Club KC Academy's César Méndez is only 21, but last week he put up numbers that would make a seasoned veteran proud. That's why the young hurler earned the USPL Double A Player of the Week award. Méndez tallied 2 wins, 4 strikeouts in 13 innings and a 1.38 ERA for the week. This year Méndez has worked 67 innings with 32 strikeouts en route to a 3-6 record and 5.64 ERA. |
