Trevino Heads SAA Best Player List Sunday, October 5th, 2025 Salvador Trevino took USSL Double A by storm this year and he did it all at the age of 21. For his spectacular campaign, the Salem Misfits star has been named the 2025 USSL Double A Outstanding Hitter Award recipient. "To be considered amongst the best in the league is pretty overwhelming," said the left fielder. On the season he compiled a .282 batting average to go with a .387 on-base percentage. The native of Caraballeda, Venezuela also added 20 doubles, 1 triple, 21 home runs, 85 RBIs and 66 runs scored. David Breitling of the Salem Misfits finished second in voting, while Luis Díaz of the Phoenix Hotspur Youth finished third. |
