Great Season For Aguilar, Wins SAA Outstanding Pitcher Award Saturday, October 4th, 2025 21-year-old Miguel Aguilar of the Phoenix Hotspur Youth put together a good year in 2025 for such a young player. Aguilar was named today as the winner of the USSL Double A Outstanding Pitcher Award. Aguilar crafted an impressive 11-7 record and a 2.63 ERA. In 185 innings he allowed 154 hits, struck out 172, and walked 42. Luis Ortíz of the Marquette Miners finished second in voting, while Marv Bradford of the Salem Misfits finished third. |
