Sánchez Slams 5 Hits for Glendale Saturday, July 19th, 2025 Lúcio Sánchez really sizzled at the plate in today's 7-6 win over Sonics. The Glendale first baseman blistered Atlantic City for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Sánchez was too tough to get out today," the Sonics skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Lúcio Sánchez singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit a solo-shot off Carlos Sánchez in the 10th.
