Augusta's Tapia Snags July Batting Title Friday, August 1st, 2025 Luis Tapia put together a good July to earn the USSL Triple A Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Augusta officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Timber Hawks first baseman posted a .356 batting average with 5 home runs, 25 RBIs and 16 runs scored. This season Tapia is batting .319 with 53 RBIs, 39 runs scored and 13 home runs. |
