Lynx Martínez PAAA Hitter of the Week Monday, September 8th, 2025 So far in his young career, Jesús Martínez has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USPL Triple A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 25-year-old Calgary Lynx first baseman hit at a torrid .500 clip as he collected 12 hits in 24 at-bats, 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and 6 runs scored. This season Martínez has banged out 68 hits in 179 at-bats for a .380 average with 15 home runs. He is getting on base at a .429 pace and his totals also include 40 RBIs and 38 runs scored. |
