League Punishes Pair for Fighting Friday, August 15th, 2025 Sunset District and Jersey City were informed today by the league's commissioner that two of their players have been given 10-game suspensions, citing their "inappropriate actions" in the recent altercation in a game played at Fog Park. For their parts in the bench-clearing episode, the Fog Duffy McSwiggin and the Sun Caps Natalino Golaio will be sitting on the sidelines and will not be permitted to participate in games until the suspensions are served. This season McSwiggin is swinging the bat at a .176 pace. He has hit 1 home run and scored 6 times, while driving in 7. His on-base percentage is .244 and he has played in 27 games. |
