Injury Brings Season to End for Lee Monday, September 1st, 2025 Stuart Lee has to call it a season. The Chicago Hawks reliever learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 08/29/2025 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as a torn rotator cuff and stated that he would not be able to play for 15 months. The team will likely place Lee on the disabled list today. This season Lee has made 32 relief appearances with 4 saves. In 41.2 innings he has fanned 31 hitters and recorded 2 wins and 2 losses with a 3.67 ERA. |
