Thunder Bay-Chicago Fight Results in Suspensions Friday, August 15th, 2025 Yesterday at Great Northern Field a spat between Curtis Peters of the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC and José Guzmán of the Chicago Hawks ended with the both benches clearing as players rushed to protect their teammates. Today, the incident ended with the league suspending both Peters and Guzmán for 11 games for their fight. So far this season Peters is batting .280 with 3 home runs. Season-to-date Guzmán has rung up 3 wins and 7 losses in 17 appearances. He has an ERA of 5.06 and has fanned 54 batters in 106.2 innings. |
