Injury Shuts Down Fernández for Season Thursday, July 3rd, 2025 Félix Fernández had to wait several agonizing days to find out his diagnosis after suffering a broken kneecap on 07/01/2025. Today he received word from the Galesburg doctor that he would be out the rest of the year. Team officials called it a huge setback but something they would have to overcome. For the year Fernández has hit at a .250 clip with 4 RBIs, no home runs and 2 runs scored. |
