Dragonblood Continue Hot Streak with Extra-Inning Win
The Dragonblood took Chicago pitcher Fabian Thul's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Ramblers Ballpark. The final score was 6-5. Thul went 7.1 innings and allowed 3 earned runs. Josué Giannotti was called on to finish, recording his 4th save. Yellowknife is now riding a 3-game win streak.

The most critical at-bat came in the top of the tenth inning. With one out, Zachary Burriss hit a first pitch fastball from Juan Valdéz for a run-scoring single. It put Yellowknife in front, 5-4.

"Winning is the only thing that really matters," Burriss told the Yellowknife Bulletin. "If you can win without even breaking a sweat, more power to you."
