The Yellowknife Dragonblood stopped the Columbia River Rats, 4-2, at Columbia Stadium. The Dragonblood got a big game from Anselmo Berneu, who went 2-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Josué Giannotti earned the save for Yellowknife, his 2nd. The Dragonblood now have a record of 26-42.

The game turned with two out in the top of the fifth when Berneu, who is tied for 9th in the PA in extra base hits with 17, hit a 2-run home run. It propelled the Dragonblood into the lead, 3-1.

"You get some opportunities, you better take advantage of them," said Columbia manager Dale Wolfe.
