Dragonblood Pull Off Thrilling Win in Extras
With catcher Anselmo Berneu leading the charge, the Yellowknife Dragonblood defeated the Walla Walla Walleye, 7-4, at The Dragon Den. Berneu, who is tied for 6th in the PA in RBI with 27, went 1 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. The win was credited to Yura Edel in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Reid Garrett took the loss. Yellowknife currently is in 9th place in the Premier A at 23-39.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 11th. With one out, Berneu hit a fastball from Reid Garrett for a 3-run home run. The Dragonblood, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
