Hogsmeade Cauldrons starter Sébastien Marchand turned in an exceptional performance against the Louisiana Dragoons at Gators Ballpark, resulting in a Hogsmeade win, 1-0. With the win, Hogsmeade goes to 43-40, while the Dragoons fall to 38-45.
Cody Skillings broke a 0-0 tie in the bottom of the seventh with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It put the Cauldrons in front, 1-0. For the game, Skillings went 2 for 3 with 2 singles.
"We didn't score," said losing manager José González. "That was the problem."
