The Louisiana Dragoons powered past the Nebraska Plainsmen, 12-2, at Plain Old Stadium. Warren Willis was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3, to lead the charge. Ramón Martínez, who went 6 innings, was the winning pitcher.
