The Hogsmeade Cauldrons picked up a win at The Heron Refuge, knocking off the Hammond Herons, 5-2. Starting pitcher Sébastien Marchand was an essential part of his team's success. The Cauldrons saw their record improve to 33-22.

Vicente Andros's hit in the top of the 18th was a game-changer. With two out, he rapped a curveball from Rob Rocha for a run-scoring single. It put Hogsmeade in front, 3-2.

"Ah, the sweet taste of victory!" Andros crowed after the game.
