Storm Take Down Hotspur U-21, 8-2
|
Syracuse Storm starter Ryan Dull pitched a strong game against the Phoenix Hotspur U-21 at Hotspur Kiddie Complex, leading the Storm to a 8-2 win. With the win, Syracuse pushes its record to 8-7.
Tyrell Wellick contributed a productive at-bat in the top of the fourth. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit a 2-run single. It was one at-bat that helped Syracuse get the win.
"Ryan is tough when he's hitting his spots," said Syracuse manager Chad Hess.
