Cesaresco Dazzles in Kennesaw Win
|
Fans who gathered at Jets Stadium saw a good contest between the Kennesaw Jets and Bellevue Bruins.
In a tight game between the Kennesaw Jets and the Bellevue Bruins, pitcher Renaud Cesaresco was terrific on the mound. The Kennesaw right-hander was named the player of the game in Kennesaw's 2-1 win. Ashweather Cett closed the game out for Kennesaw, earning his 9th save.
The Bruins had trouble solving Cesaresco, who surrendered 1 earned run on 4 hits over 8 innings.
"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Cesaresco.
Kennesaw goes to 22-27, Bellevue to 23-26.
