Thundercats Win in Glorious Fashion
Richardson City pitcher Ramón Ortega did his part in helping his team beat the Northern Virginia Retrievers, 4-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Richardson City has now reeled off 8 straight wins.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the 11th. With Richardson City trailing 2-1, Terrence Eler hit a fastball from Ilie Paunescu to right-center for a 3-run home run. Just like that, the Thundercats had a walk-off win.

"The clubhouse vibe is great," said Richardson City manager Imran Kopitar.
