Ghosts Snatch Late Win
The Casper Ghosts got a stellar effort from pitcher José Vega, helped Casper score a 4-2 win over the visiting Tacoma Fur Traders. Casper reliever Anthony Snyder got the win, raising his record to 2-2. Steve Adkins was tagged with the loss. Jim Unknown finished to wrap up his 1st save.

Juan Carlos Cruz had a clutch at-bat with two out in the bottom of the eighth for the Ghosts. Coming up with the bases loaded and Casper trailing 2-1, he hit a 2-run single.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Vega told the Casper News.

The Ghosts raised their record to 25-29.
