Athletic Club KC Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Patriots

Boston pitcher Tom Reynolds gave the Athletic Club KC all they could handle, but in the end, Athletic Club KC left Dunkin Donuts Park with a 3-1 win. Reynolds allowed 2 earned runs on 5 hits over 8 innings. The winner was Athletic Club KC reliever Ole Kos, now 5-3. The loser was Tom Reynolds. Gene Kirkland was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 24 of 28 save opportunities.
