Scalabrine Delivers 2-1 Win
|
Brian Scalabrine pitched a masterpiece in leading Casper to a 2-1 victory over the Tacoma Fur Traders. The Ghosts go to 19-16, putting them third in the Premier AA.
Scalabrine, who was born in Berkeley Lake, Georgia, threw 112 pitches over 8 innings, while allowing no earned runs.
"The old adage is true," said Scalabrine. "Good pitching stops good hitting."
