Ramírez Stars for Screaming Eagles in 6-1 Win
|
Screaming Eagles first baseman Leonardo Ramírez put his stamp on his team's 6-1 win over the Tacoma Fur Traders. Ramírez was 4 for 4 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for Mercer Island in the contest. Tomiji Saikawa was the winning pitcher. Over 8.1 innings, he allowed 1 run on 3 hits, with 2 walks and 9 strikeouts. Mercer Island now sits in second place in the Premier AA at 20-9.
