Lannister United and Mercer Island duked it out at Mercer Island Grounds and the Lionhearts came out victorious.

The Lannister United Lionhearts did just enough to sneak past the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles, 7-0, at Mercer Island Grounds. Lannister United pitcher Enea Dini earned player of the game honors. Losses have been few and far between for the Screaming Eagles, who are now 14-6.

Also pitching in was Lannister United designated hitter Gonzalo Álvarez, who hammered a solo home run in the top of the third. For the game, Álvarez was 1 for 4 with a home run.
