The D.C. Divided defeated the Panama City Piranhas, 10-3, in Premier League action at The Tank. Wilfred McLaughlin received player of the game honors. The 8-year veteran went 3-4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. D.C. is in third place in the Division I with a record of 48-36.

D.C. took a 5-2 lead on Charles Mathes's 91st hit of the season. The 2-run single, which Mathes hit in the top of the seventh, left Panama City pitcher Francisco Barrios visibly frustrated.

"What a game," said McLaughlin. "We needed every last run."
