It was a fun time at Bellevue Field, where the Myrtle Beach Seahawks and Bellevue Bruins tangled.
Getting an impressive start from Tye Collyer, Bellevue beat Myrtle Beach by the score of 6-0. The winning pitcher was Collyer, now 2-0. He tossed 6.2 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 2 and fanning 8.
The Bellevue dugout showed signs of unrest at times. But the Bruins put this one in the win column with some good pitching and some timely hitting at critical moments.
