Aeros Lose to Grasshoppers in Walk Off
The San Bernardino Grasshoppers outscored the Battle Ground Aeros, 12-11. Natale Langushi led the way, going 4-for-5 for San Bernardino. San Bernardino reliever Héctor Valentín picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Dan Drew took the loss. The Grasshoppers now have a record of 13-17 with the win over Battle Ground.

In the bottom of the ninth, with one out and the game tied, 11-11, shortstop Arnold Giroux won it for San Bernardino. With runners on 1st and 2nd, Giroux hit a full count fastball from Dan Drew for a run-scoring single, giving his team a 12-11 win.

Battle Ground manager Steve Vance said he was disappointed with the loss. "Whenever you score that many runs, you expect to win the game."
