The Glendale Herons and Battle Ground Aeros cranked it up at Battle Ground Stadium.

A 4-RBI performance from the 21-year old catcher Nelson Martínez helped the Battle Ground Aeros beat the Glendale Herons, 7-5. Yajirobei Otomo, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 3rd save.

It could have been a different outcome for Battle Ground, had it not been for Miguel Angel González, the 24-year old second baseman . González contributed a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the seventh inning to put Battle Ground up, 7-5.

In comments to the Battle Ground Times, González insisted that he's not as disinterested as it often appears. "Haters will hate," he added.

Battle Ground now sits in 9th place in the Menard's AA at 10-15.
