The Ottawa Nationals topped the San Bernardino Grasshoppers, 4-1, in M3L Double A action at Field of the Grasshoppers. The player of the game was Ottawa pitcher Preston Connely. Ottawa reliever Preston Connely was credited with the win, to go to 1-0. Jean-François Chapon took the loss for San Bernardino. The win gives the Nationals a record of 7-7.

One important at-bat came with runners on 1st and 2nd in the top of the sixth. That's when Alfredo Farías drew a walk. The Nationals went on to win.
