Retrievers Squelch Vancouver Offense in Shutout Win
The Northern Virginia Retrievers got a stellar effort from pitcher Logan Gregory, helped Northern Virginia score a 5-0 win over the visiting Vancouver Grey Wolves. Ben Logan notched his 1st save in 1 chances. Northern Virginia now sits in 9th place in the Division I at 26-44.

Roberto Sánchez, who is the 7th-best prospect in the Retrievers organization, aided the Northern Virginia cause with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, the first baseman went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"It was a tough night at the plate," said Vancouver manager David Krause.
