Flamingos Get One-Run Win at Capital District
Las Vegas Flamingos starter Cris Herrera turned in an exceptional performance against the Capital District Red Knights at Capital Grounds, resulting in a Las Vegas win, 7-2. Las Vegas's record now stands at 54-43, placing them second in the Division III.

In the top of the fourth inning, first baseman Chris McKinney came through big-time for the Flamingos. With Las Vegas leading 2-1, he belted a solo home run.

"Feels good to get the job done," McKinney said after the game.
