Pandas Lose to Aviators, 8-4
|
Mario Cruz had a good game, even if his team, the Montana Pandas, did not. Montana dropped a 8-4 decision to Seattle at Boeing Dome. Seattle improves to 56-35 with the win. They lead their division by 5 games.
In the bottom of the first, Kenny Webster hit a 3-run home run for Seattle. The 13th home run of the season for the Seattle first baseman put the Aviators on top, 3-0.
"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Webster told the Seattle Gazette.
