Hawks Sink BC, 8-3
|
A 4-RBI performance from Pablo Trujillo helped the Chicago Hawks beat the Philadelphia 1776 BC, 8-3. With the win, the Hawks improved to 30-53.
Trujillo had a key at-bat for Chicago early in the game. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a run-scoring single. It was his 62nd hit of the season and gave Chicago an early 1-0 lead.
"I'm proud of the boys for pulling through," said Chicago Hawks manager Anthony Yaghmour. "The wins don't come easy for this team, but everyone's got an extra jump in their step after a game like this."
