Chris McKinney left his imprint on the 11-2 Las Vegas win against the Kingston Township Legion. McKinney, who leads the 3L in total bases with 89, was 2 for 5 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 5. Las Vegas leads the Division III by 2 games.

McKinney came through with some timely hitting for Las Vegas. With the score 1-0 in the bottom of the first and no one down, McKinney hit a 1-1 curveball for a 3-run home run. It was his 14th home run of the season -- and a big reason the Flamingos managed to win.

"You can't sugarcoat this one," said Kingston Township manager Rayzor Ray. "We got flat-out beat."
