Aguilar Leads Youth to 4-2 Win over BC
|
The Phoenix Hotspur Youth did just enough to sneak past the San Antonio BC, 4-2, at San Antonio Field. Phoenix Hotspur pitcher Miguel Aguilar earned player of the game honors. Ty McDaniel, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 1st save. The Youth have now won 4 straight.
Aguilar delivered a quality start for Phoenix Hotspur. The 6' 2" right-hander allowed no runs on 5 hits over 8 innings of work.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Aguilar told the Phoenix Hotspur Observer.
