Disaster Jolt Longnecks with Late Rally
Despite a great performance by Bloomington second baseman Frank Crocker, the Port Royal Disaster defeated the Longnecks by the score of 7-6 at Ballpark of Port Royal. Crocker went 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk. He scored 2 times. Port Royal occupies 5th place in the Menard's AAA at 52-46.

Port Royal took a 7-6 lead on José Martínez's 16th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Martínez hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Bloomington pitcher Henry Hart visibly frustrated.

"It was a solid team effort," said Martínez after the game.
