Port Royal and Scranton duked it out at Nuclear Stadium and the Disaster came out victorious.

The Port Royal Disaster beat the Scranton Supernovas, 12-1, at Nuclear Stadium. Port Royal third baseman Chia-ch'ing Dodman earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He was 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3. The Disaster improve their record to 35-38 with the win over Scranton.

David McJannett was 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for Port Royal. The 25-year old second baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the fourth. That's when he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring ground out off Roberto Calderón. It was his 18th RBI of the season.

"We didn't put up much resistance," said losing manager Bill Russell.
