|
Brinkley Belugas starter Chae-seong Kim was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Sioux Falls Red Pandas, 3-1. The 4th-place Belugas lifted their record to 37-33.
Brandon Cole, who was drafted in the three round of the 2023 draft, aided the Brinkley cause with a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh. For the game, the pinch hitter was 1-1 with a double.
"If you pitch well, you give yourself some opportunities," said Brinkley Belugas manager Junior Benítez.
