Late Rally by Buzz Seals 4th Straight Win

The Salt Lake City Buzz topped the Vermont Lake Monsters, 2-1, in M3L Triple A action at Spirits Stadium. The player of the game was Salt Lake City pitcher and Newton, Iowa native Russ Horne. Deron Kuhn got credit for the win, improving to 2-0. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1 innings. The Buzz, at 8-13, have now won 4 straight.
Raymond Bright was the walk-off hero for Salt Lake City. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, the Salt Lake City third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring double to send the teams home.
"I like the roll we're on," said Salt Lake City manager Pedro Orozco.
