Buzz Deal Lake Monsters 4-2 Setback

Both teams had their chances, but the Salt Lake City Buzz eventually prevailed at Spirits Stadium.
The Salt Lake City Buzz eeked out a 4-2 win versus the Vermont Lake Monsters at Spirits Stadium. Nobody did more than pitcher Ben Hopley, who captured player of the game honors. The Vermont Lake Monsters, now 14-5, continue their poor start.
Salt Lake City took control in the bottom of the sixth. With no one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Ángel Aguilar hit a run-scoring double to make it 2-1, Buzz.
"We take it day by day here," said Hopley, "and today was a good one for us."
