Fans who came to Belugas Ballpark watched the Brinkley Belugas and the Hamilton Coyotes fight to the finish.

The Brinkley Belugas had to overcome a big game from Hamilton catcher Ron Clark to leave Belugas Ballpark with a 6-4 victory. Clark went 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Chang-keun Hyon picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-1. John Riggleman was tagged with the loss.

Brinkley took the lead in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Peter Paul stroked a 2-run single to make it 6-4, Belugas.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Paul.

The Belugas raised their record to 6-8.
