Belugas Suffer 4-2 Setback
Port Royal Disaster starter Miguel Hernández turned in a top-notch performance against the Brinkley Belugas at Ballpark of Port Royal. The result was a win for the Disaster, 4-2. Port Royal reliever António Venegas got the win, raising his record to 1-0. Glen Holland was tagged with the loss. The Belugas fall to 4-8 and continue their uninspiring start to the 2025 season.

Port Royal took a 2-1 lead on David Gómez's 12th hit of the season. The run-scoring single, which Gómez hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Brinkley pitcher Glen Holland shaking his head.

"I like what I saw today," said Port Royal manager Davis Burt, "and I can't wait to get back out there and do it again."
