The Brinkley Belugas defeated the Port Royal Disaster, 4-2, in M3L Triple A action at Ballpark of Port Royal, with Brinkley designated hitter Randy Tucker named player of the game. Brinkley is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 4th in 10 games.

Tucker had a game-changing single in the top of the sixth. On a 1-0 cutter from António Venegas, he banged a 2-run single to right, giving the Belugas a 3-1 lead. It was the 3rd hit of the year for Tucker.

"We're scuffling right now," said losing manager Davis Burt.
