BC Get Win, Extend Streak to 4

The Louisville BC and Kingston Township Legion played an exciting game at Louisville Park.
The Kingston Township Legion got a superb performance from pitcher Jon Briddon, but the BC still won the game, 3-2. Briddon was named the player of the game despite the loss. He threw 7 innings of 5-hit ball. The winner was Louisville reliever Lance Hodges, now 1-1. The loser was Jon Briddon. Jim Dixon was called on to finish, recording his 1st save.
Arturo Acevedo's at-bat in the bottom of the fourth was significant for the BC. Coming to the plate with runners on 2nd and 3rd and Louisville leading 2-0, the third baseman hit a sacrifice fly.
"I like our mindset right now," said Louisville manager Imran Baig.
The 8th-place BC have won 4 in a row.
