Talboom Receives Updated Diagnosis Tuesday, September 17th, 2024 Ipe Talboom will have to wait a while longer. The Asheville starting pitcher was informed this afternoon that he will miss another 13 months with a torn ulnar collateral ligament. The injury has kept him off the field since 09/14/2024. Though Talboom had hoped to return soon, he has no choice but to be patient. "Gotta stay focused," he said. "Gotta stay positive." To date this year Talboom has compiled a 7-7 mark with a 3.79 ERA in 20 starts. |
