"He just kept the ball down, did a good job, made his pitches," said the Minnesota manager. "We didn't do a good job making adjustments, so we helped him out a little bit." Shelton fired a 2-hitter and totaled 6 strikeouts and no walks in the shutout performance. Season-to-date, Shelton has rung up no saves in 1 relief appearance.
