Such is the case with Mark Bell, a 25-year-old starter for the Virginia Beach Deuces. In May, he topped off the month with a 3-0 mark and 2.02 ERA in 5 starts, tossed 35.2 innings, fanned 25 and held opposing teams to a .185 average. |
